Financial Aid Applications Due

Deadline for Completed Application

An application completed by the February 4, 2027 deadline guarantees an admission decision by mid March, 2027. A completed application includes all the following: 

• Online Application Form

• Application Fee ($150)

• Shadow Day (a full-day school visit for the prospective student)

• Online Teacher Recommendation Form

• Online Academic Records Form

• Family Interview

Late Applicants - Wait pool Procedure
Western Academy expects full enrollment in all grades for the 2027-2028 school year. Each year, however, we may have a very small number of unanticipated openings. Consequently, the following process allows late applicants (after Feb 4th) to apply to our waitpool in the event of such openings. To apply to the waitpool, please:

• Submit an online application form and application fee.

• Starting April 10, Western Academy will reach out to you if, based available spaces, a student shadow day (a full-day visit) is advisable.

• Following the shadow day, should you chose to complete the process, please request the teacher recommendation and academic records forms from your parent portal, and schedule the family interview by calling admissions staff.

• Decisions are announced on an as-available basis, no earlier than mid-April 2027 and as late as August 2027.
