Rock and Jazz Band Camp

Swing into the coming school year by perfecting your musical skills in two distinctly American

styles of music: Jazz and Rock and Roll! All instruments are welcome, and all students are

invited to participate regardless of ability. We will study Jazz and early rock and roll styles, learn

(or perfect) our skills at reading music, and perform together in a real band! Ever wanted to

learn how to play real songs, take a solo, or perform with a group of your friends? This is your

week! Students can bring their own instrument, or choose between available instruments to

play while at camp.
