As summer comes to an end, our grass-fed beef reaches peak quality. This is one of the best times of the year to be a rancher (or a cow). The grass is the greenest and lushest it has been all year, thanks to the intense sunlight and lots of rainfall these days.
Our beef is great all year long, but it is the best when harvested after a long summer of perfect cattle conditions. That means now is the best time to try it!
