A Perfect ACT Score
Back in 2010, Jose Carlos Martinez (Shell 2014) was among Western’s founding students. At our very first Founding Roots Dinner that school year, Jose Carlos recited the ENTIRE Midnight Ride of Paul Revere poem, launching Western boys' love for poetry in public. It turns out that Jose Carlos scored a perfect 36 on the ACT this year, a very rare achievement indeed. He also was a member of Strake Jesuit’s Robotics Team which won a regional championship this year. Jose Carlos now studies Mechanical Engineering at UT.
