How to Apply
- Call Western Academy to arrange a day-long student visit.
- Download the Application Form from our Downloads Page.
- Submit a completed application. The deadline is February 17, 2012. Decisions will be sent out beginning March 9, 2012. This includes the following:
- Application Form
- Academic Records with proper Western Academy Request for Records Form
- Recommendation Form completed by a current teacher (at least one)
- $100 application fee
- Once your son’s application is completed, call Western Academy to arrange for a family interview. Completing the family interview is the final step required for full consideration by the school.

* - Foreign students should speak with the Admissions Office, as their tuition, room and board is on a different fee schedule.
Financial Aid
- Financial aid applications are due by February 17, 2012.
- Admission to Western Academy is need blind.
- All financial aid is need-based and confidential.
- Upon applying for admission to Western Academy, you may apply for financial aid. The following information will assist you:
- Download the FACTS flyer which explains the online process.
- You can also download a financial aid checklist.
- When you are ready for to apply for tuition assistance go to the FACTS website, login or create a new account, and proceed with the financial aid application.
